Should a debtor default on an obligation backed by a final and enforceable executive title (a court judgment, payment order, or notarial deed), execution proceedings constitute the sole means of actual debt recovery. Pursuant to statutory amendments in effect since 2017, execution petitions are submitted strictly via electronic channels to the District Court of Banská Bystrica, which allocates the judicial executor by random assignment.
