Profile
I am an attorney-at-law registered with the Slovak Bar Association with over eight years of legal practice. Part of my professional experience was acquired in collaboration with an international law firm, where I was involved in the execution of large-scale legal projects. In my practice, I specialize primarily in Real Estate and Land Law, Immigration Law, and Family Law.
In the field of Real Estate and Land Law, I provide comprehensive legal services in property transfers, lease arrangements, as well as the creation and registration of easements and mortgages. I particularly specialize in legally demanding property settlements, including the dissolution and settlement of co-ownership, land acquisition processes from the Slovak Land Fund (SPF), and resolving complex ownership structures involving unidentified owners. My services also include real estate due diligence – specifically verifying access roads, utility connections and their protective zones, existing lease agreements, and compliance with zoning plans. Furthermore, I specialize in comprehensive legal support for development projects, ranging from conducting legal due diligence to drafting and reviewing contractual documentation and structuring related property and contractual relations.
A significant part of my practice comprises Immigration Law and relocation services. In this area, I provide full legal assistance in securing all types of residence permits in the Slovak Republic. My primary specialization within this practice is Slovak Citizenship by Descent (ancestry). I manage the entire process for clients – from assessing eligibility and verifying lineage, through tracing and higher certification of documents (Apostille / Superlegalization) and official translations, to filing the application, representation before the Ministry, and the issuance of Slovak identity documents.
Similarly, I handle a wide spectrum of family law matters, including the regulation of marital property arrangements during marriage and the settlement of the community property of spouses.
I passed the Bar Examination with distinction.
I provide legal services in both Slovak and English.
In my practice, I emphasize clear and accessible explanations of legal solutions, an individualized approach to every client, and transparent fee disclosures, ensuring clients always have a precise understanding of the costs associated with the provided legal services.
